At fjorge, we don’t just deliver projects -- we deliver great products that solve real business problems and create meaningful client experiences. We’re looking for an experienced Product Owner / Technical Project Manager to guide clients and digital products from kickoff through delivery. 

This role is critical in shaping business requirements into product outcomes and ensuring delivery that is on time, on budget, and within scope. You’ll partner directly with clients, lead cross-functional teams, and keep delivery aligned with both business goals and user needs.

What You’ll Do

• Translate business requirements into clear product roadmaps, features, and deliverables.
• Own and manage delivery across timeline, budget, and scope.
• Develop implementation strategies and maintain detailed product plans and progress reports.
• Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and development capacity.
• Partner with clients to gather requirements, align stakeholders, and maintain clarity throughout the product lifecycle.
• Proactively identify risks, communicate trade-offs, and create contingency plans to keep delivery healthy.
• Lead teams by clearing roadblocks, driving alignment, and ensuring effective collaboration.
• Oversee reporting, documentation, and resource management to ensure product health and utilization.
• Facilitate client and internal meetings with clarity, purpose, and confidence.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years successfully delivering digital products on time, on budget, and within scope.
• Proven ability to turn business requirements into product outcomes.
• Proficiency in Jira, and Figma
• Skilled at building trust, leading client conversations, and managing expectations.
• Strong ability to anticipate challenges and create actionable solutions.
• Certifications (any below are applicable):
  • Project Management certifications: PMI-ACP, CAPM, PMP, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
  • Product Owner certifications: Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO I/II)

Expectations & Performance

• Maintain 80% utilization (billable time).
• Track and report product and project progress weekly.
• Keep delivery aligned with scope, timeline, and financial targets.
• Prevent projects from going “off track” by identifying and mitigating risks early.
